This trip was amazing!!!! Our guide Ulrich was extremely knowledgeable and alot of fun! Marcel our driver was super safe and our photographer Flor was brilliant!!!!! One of our best excursions so far!
Bad experience.
We bought the excursion because they had told us it was private and that they would take us by boat to the turtles. The reality was that it was a van full of people, there were 17 of us... more than 1 hour picking up and dropping off people. Tulum was fine, but we had to swim more than half an hour to get to the turtles. There were elderly people and minors who, out of fear, decided not to go into the water with the turtles or into the cenote, which was enclosed and deep. They got angry and practically forced us to do it. They took photos of us that they pressured you to buy, and if you didn't, they forced you to fill out a survey in front of everyone and said, "Oh, so you don't want the photos... everyone takes them," and it was an additional €100 charge. I do not recommend it because of the methods and insistence on purchasing photos.
