Departures your driver will be at the front of your residence or hotel 10 minutes prior the pick up time that you have decided. The driver will send you a text message to let you know that he has arrived. Arrivals for domestic flights the greeter will enter 15 minutes after landing and the pick up point will be in front of your baggage claim. for international flights your driver will enter 40 minutes after landing and the pick up point will be in front of the immigration exit.The greeter will be waiting with a sign with name and last name, for groups or conventions you can send your own logo. Waiting time will be 2 hours from the moment the greeter enters the airport. Our office checks all flights. Pick up from Miami Port Customers should have a phone and set a pick up time, your driver will be picking you up at your designated terminal at the pick up point that we will indicate.
