After confirmation we advise the travelers of the the pick up time and location which normally is the hotel lobby or the reception if not a hotel. From Cape Town we follow the N2 freeway which drives past residential areas, the international airport and the townships.
We drive past the biggest township in Cape Town Khayelitsha heading to Somerset West and over the Hottentots Holland Mountains. Drive past Grabouw a farming community and some olive farms. We proceed past citrus fruit farms and fruit processing factories then before getting to expansive land.
The drive curves between dramatic mountains until we take a left turn towards hermanus. We then drive past dairy farms and vineyards in the mountainous area until we get to Hermanus. This is a beautiful town on the southern coast of the Western Cape Province of South Africa.Hermanus lies along the Walker Bay and is located about 115km southeast of Cape Town. It is by mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Hermanus is popular for whale watching during winter period (June to early December) as many travelers visit this town to watch the whales from the cliffs or by boat.
The drive then proceeds via R43 to Gansbaai driving for about 45 minutes before you arrive, Gansbaai is also known as "The Shark Capital of the World" because it is from here that travelers come face to face with the Great White Sharks. Travelers are then dropped at their destination and they go out at sea for a life time adventure with the Great White
sharks. After the shark diving experience our driver picks them and heads back to Cape Town via the same route and takes an off ramp following the R44 which is a very scenic route. This is called the Mclaren Drive and during winter season whales can be seen as you drive along the coast.
