From 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM our hostess meets and greats passengers and calls driver up for pick up (please search for your name sign).
From 6.00 PM to 9.00 AM, driver will have a name sign with client's name (please search for your name sign).
All flights are monitored regarding estimated times of arrival. If flight is delayed and/or before schedule, supplier will try to provide service.
Maximum waiting times for Schengen Space flights:
- 45 minutes (extended if there's availability of fleet)
Maximum waiting times for non-Schengen Space flights:
- 60 minutes (extended if there's availability of fleet)
Past this waiting time, ground transportation will only be operated if there is availability. Client is responsible for contacting supplier regarding delays past landing time (in case of lost luggage, p.e.)

Transportation to Hotel/Vacation Rental as provided upon booking. (only bookings for Fátima Central Hotels/Vacation Apartments will be considered valid); other locations: surcharge not included in price must be paid.
