Once you have arrived at the Cancun airport and after picking up your baggage you have to take the agencies hall that will take you to the place where all transfers are launch. There you will be contacted by personal from Coming2, they will be waiting for you with a sign with your name in it. They are wearing blue pants and white shirt with green vivid, they also wear a green/red vest. After the personal from Coming2 have contacted you they will inform you which vehicle you will be taking for your transfer.
In order to arrange the transfer out you have to contact the representative from Coming2. At you arrival you will receive an envelop with the contacts from Coming2
