Summary
Our driver will be holding your name board and waiting at the hotel lobby, after you meet the driver, he will need to identify your order receipt (in mobile is fine), then lead you to go to the vehicle. If you have a problem meeting a driver, you always can call our customer service 24hr (English/Chinese).
