Follow the instructions below to meet with our representatives at the airport. Upon arrival at the Cancun International Airport, after passing through the baggage claim area and customs, a Go Tour representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal.

Note that along this same gateway in the terminal, you can find timeshare sales agents (which cannot be distinguished from airport staff) that might try to convince you to take another type of transport, possibly even informing you that Go Tour staff is no longer there or we can't take you. We suggest that you ignore them and keep walking until you reach the exit of the terminal, where you will receive the assistance of a professional team with the Go Tour logo and your name on the front. Once our staff meets you at the airport, we will transfer you immediately to your transport.
If you do not arrive within the specified period, contact Go Tour before your trips or immediately after your arrival at your destination.
