Your guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel and start your day the way that locals do - getting around the city by way of public transportation.
First visit at Raffles Landing Site where Sir Stamford Raffles is believed to have first stepped ashore in 1819.
Continue with a walk through the Colonial district on the banks of the Singapore River, the former Parliament House, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall. Next stop at The Merlion, with the head of a lion and the body of a fish, is an imaginary creative that represents Singapore’s beginnings.
Take an MRT to the district of Chinatown. The area is lined with shop-houses home to teahouses, medicine shops, acupuncturists and calligraphers. In the heart of Chinatown, you will find the oldest Hindu Temple in Singapore.
Take the MRT to Clarke Quay - a historical riverside quay in Singapore, located within the Singapore River Planning Area.
At the end of the tour your guide will accompany you back to your hotel by MRT or Bus.
