This 5 hour private tour (1 to 4 persons), includes all of Santorini's highlights: the picturesque village of Oia, Imerovigli with the astonishing view, the famous volcanic caldera, the archaeological site of Akrotiri and a visit to a traditional winery.
The day will start with your pick up in the luxurious air conditioned SUV.
Your first destination will be the village of Oia, one of the most important settlements in the island. Located on the north side, it is famous for the magnificent sunset and the cave settlement. In Oia one can enjoy the architecture of the buildings, visit the local market for some shopping and of course admire the amazing view.
Next, you will be taken to the church of Prophet Elias at Imerovigli, a location with a spectacular panoramic view. From there, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a short off-road ride aboard our SUV.
Your adventure will continue to Caldera, famous for its breathtaking scenery. Your guide will drive you to the best secret places which are perfect spots to take pictures of the volcano and the Aegean Sea.
Next stop is the archaeological site of Akrotiri, a settlement that was one of the major urban centers and ports of the Aegean sea during the middle of the second millennium BC. The buildings at Akrotiri are unique examples of impressive architecture.
The tour will end with a mini wine testing that will take place in a winery located at the volcanic caldera. You will have the pleasure to sample a few glasses of famous Santorini wines and taste various traditional snacks.
