Participants are requested to bring their masks on the tour. Wearing a mask is mandatory to comply with health and safety regulations.
Due to the COVID regulations, the body temperature of all the participants will be measured at the entrance. Participants with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees C or above will not be allowed to enter
Participants above 12 years must bring any of the following: proof of full vaccination, proof of first vaccination administered at least 15 days ago, proof of a Covid-19 infection in the past 6 months, or a negative test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts
Please note that the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica maintain a strict dress code. You will not be allowed to enter the premises if you are not dressed appropriately. Avoid wearing shorts and sleeveless tops since your shoulders and knees must be covered before entering these sites.

Please note: St Peter’s Basilica is closed for general audiences on Wednesday due to the weekly papal audience. Also, As the Basilica is an active place of worship, either announced or unforeseen events can occur where the entrance to the Basilica becomes prohibited. In such circumstances, the tour authority will let the participants know beforehand and the tour of the Basilica will be substituted by an extended tour of the Vatican museums.
