Enjoy a day tour of the Borromean islands to discover the real beauty of lake Maggiore. A private sightseeing tour suitable for couples, families, individuals, small groups to explore the famous islands of magical lake Maggiore accompanied by a qualified and experienced local tour guide. Micaela will show you isola Bella's palace and gardens, isola Pescatori and isola Madre's villa and botanical garden. Transportation and entry tickets are not included in the tour price. Dear travellers, I'm Micaela Lucini, a true local and experienced private guide in Stresa and I am back! Italy, just like many other countries, has gone through very tough times, but I am glad to inform you that Stresa, lake Maggiore, lake Orta as well as the rest of Italy are now back to normal! All tourist attractions on lake Maggiore, including the Borromean islands, reopened to the public last May. Most of the hotels, bars and restaurants are open and foreigner travellers from EU are able to enter Italy for holiday! From July it will also be possible to enter Italy for vacation from many more countries around the world. So, please, feel free to get in touch in me if you are planning or just dreaming of your next holiday around lake Maggiore and wish to know more about my private tours and also if you have questions about safety or any other question about staying in Stresa or in the Italian lake district!
