Nowadays Saint Paul is considered an open-air museum. Back on the hills of Nice stop in a family "Domaine" to visit vineyards and tasting of 3 organic wines, 2 or 3 colors as second the season and the stock of the cellar, wines produced and sold only in Nice ! (if Domaine de la Source is not available that day, we will visit another family vineyard like Domaine du Toasc or similar).
