Private Tour: Lady Of The Rocks Island and Perast Old Town (2 hours)

Our Lady of the Rocks & Perast speed boat tour is the perfect way to spend an afternoon while in Kotor. Both Perast and the island of Our Lady of the Rocks are a must-see, but the ride on the way there in a speed boat is no less interesting.

We’ll make two stops on this trip, both of which might make you feel like you just travelled backwards in time. The fist stop is Our Lady of the Rocks, an artificial island close to the old town of Perast. The tiny island is home to a 15th-century church and a small museum. Besides the astounding beauty, this island also has a very interesting origin story.

The second part of the tour involves a walking tour of Perast. Today a UNESCO heritage site, Perast packs a surprising amount of Baroque villas and churches for a settlement of this size. You don’t need to be an architecture geek, though, in order to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this quiet town.
