Our workshop Thai Cuisine, understand the Value of Quality. In our Thai Cuisine Workshop we hope to bring you a fresh perspective on Thai food. Our Chef sought to elevate the standard of her homeland’s cuisine by merging traditional flavours with farm fresh local ingredients. In every dish, we exercise great care and skill by respecting the artisanship of traditional Thai components, such as freshly ground curries and long simmering sauces. We also use modern kitchen techniques to maximise the flavour of certain dishes. Most importantly, we believe that every dish should be served with the best ingredient of all: Love. You can select 1 starter and 3 main dishes or you can leave it to the chef who will make a selection for you. Starters: 1. Cheese Won ton 2. Lumpier Shrimp 3. Spring Rolls Main Course: 4. Our Thai Cuisine workshop is a hands-on activity where all participants will receive individual attention from our professional Thai chef! The duration of the course is 3-4 hours. In that timeline you will learn to prepare 1 starter and 3 different main courses. We will provide you recipes, tips, techniques, and cooking secrets. The recipes have been adapted for amateur and contemporary cooks to enjoy cooking at home. After the cooking class we will have lunch and taste the dishes we prepared. Our chef has a great passion for food and she ensures her clients an amazing, unforgettable dining experience.
