Private Sunset Safari

Upon arrival, guests will learn about the natural history of camelids under the shade of the Mesquite trees before boarding the Safari Tram which will take guests around the 176-acre property to view some amazing wildlife.

From the Safari Tram guests will see our Bactrian camels, dromedary camels, llama, alpacas, and zedonk with stops along the way to interact with the animals. At least one ambassador camel will come out for guests to enjoy a hands-on animal encounter and an amazing photo-op opportunity.

After the Safari Tram guests will enjoy up-close encounters with our nocturnal animals, like our African-crested porcupine, by the keepers who will offer educational facts about each species and are happy to answer any questions.

Next guests will unwind at our picnic tables with cold beverages and watermelon while roasting marshmallows for smores and enjoying a desert sunset.

On this unforgettable adventure, one group of up to 12 individuals will get an absolutely amazing VIP tour of the property on our Safari Tram getting up-close and private animal encounters with our camels and nocturnal animals during twilight. Following the animal encounter, guests will enjoy treats fireside enjoying the incredible views of Nevada’s Mojave desert sunset.

We provide onsite catering, safe outdoor space, authentic, Safari golf carts, and various zoo activities to create the ideal Desert Ranch Experience at twilight. Sunset Safaris include complimentary cold water, watermelon, and smores ingredients/ supplies. Either frozen treats or hot beverages (coffee, hot chocolate & tea) are included depending on the season/weather.
