Why take this tour?

This is a private experience for your meditation tour. Vishali is a retired registered nurse who has worked for 34 years at the bedside, mostly in a busy medical center in Berkeley Ca. She is also a certified meditation instructor who has been meditating for 30 years. She brings not only meditation experience but spiritual knowledge and teachings to this class. This is for beginners AND experienced meditators. This is a unique tour in that you will be learning amongst the most stunning views of the red rocks of Sedona, which will easily facilitate your meditation experience. There are many documented health benefits to meditation, like lowering blood pressure and reducing free radicals in the body. It also reduces stress and anxiety. The root cause of stress and tension is our feeling of being separate from ourselves. Learn how easy it actually is, and incorporate it into your life in a way that works for you. Be sure to book! This is your time.

Sedona is known for it's vortices also known as vortexes. On this tour we will discover what vortexes are, why we resonate with them, how it pertains in our lives, and most importantly how to take this energy home with you. We will go to an up flow and a down flow and experience the energies in ways that may be specific to you. You will leave with tools and experience the energies in a way that can transform your life and bring in more peace. If you want to go deeper into your own spirituality and learn to have a less busy mind, then the Spiritual Journey Tour is also available. Or if you are interested in just getting to know Sedona there is a Sedona tour that goes over the history, geology, pioneers, and get a complete overview of things to do here.
