Happy Shuttle
We used happy shuttle Cancun for our trip in July as a family of four. We made it to our hotel. The driver in this direction did appear to the tired or otherwise altered. I was anxious and ready to get to the hotel. Our driver on the way back to the airport from the hotel arrived at the hotel on time. We had a great drive back and arrived at the airport safely.
Airport to Cozumel ferry transportation
Met us on time at the airport. Made it on time to catch the ferry to Cozumel. On the return, they were on time exactly where they said they would be. Great driver, great service, great prices.

Fair, Friendly, and Reliable
This review is long overdue. My wife and I took a trip to Cancun in early summer, and we were so impressed with the quality of serious of Happy Shuttle Cancun. Our first trip from the airport to our hotel in Puerto Morelos resulted in a mild mixup, largely from my fault. Suffice to say that there are several resorts with the same name, even two in Puerto Morelos! Instead of leaving us at the wrong place, and option our driver Fernando Reza Ramirez would never have done, he negotiated it for us a fair additional cost to take us to the correct location. He was kind, patient, and the management with whom I spoke also was incredibly fair. Our ride back to the airport once we were done with our vacation, exceeded the quality of experience that we had!. Our driver Lucio Amador Ramirez was efficient and friendly, keeping us in conversation the entire right to the airport! I was really impressed with his English, which he informed me was self-taught, and he was very complementary of my Spanish! We loved talking about the World Cup. These two gentlemen are the heart and soul of what makes Happy Shuttle such a terrific service! We are coming back to Cancun in December and will need a ride. You can be sure that we will be contacting Happy Shuttle! Prices are fair, drivers are professional, and courteous, and there is no need to worry about getting to the right destination.
10/10 Service and Personnel
Happy Shuttle employees were super easy to find once walking out of the airport and escorted us to our shuttle very quickly. Both drivers that we had gave great travel tips and were super friendly, we loved talking with them! 10/10 service, would recommend them to everyone!
