**CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR EXCURSIONS AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES**

All cancellations must be done by email and receipt therefore acknowledged by your sales representative or directly with Kay Tours Mexico to be a valid cancellation.

- No-shows will be charged the full price.

- Rescheduling may imply fees (depending on the time of notice and type of service).

- Full refund or credit in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. 

- Changes regarding the itinerary or headcount made the day of the service do not imply any price adjustment.

**If you need to cancel:**

We're happy to assist our guests with their cancellation and a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to the agreed pickup time of the confirmed service and **🟢NO CANCELLATION FEES🟢** apply.

- For cancellations made within less than 24 hours prior to the agreed pickup time a cancellation fee of 30% is applicable.

That does not apply for catamarans or yachts. See specific cancellation for these services.

For larger groups (10+ guests), the notification time is 48 hours prior to the agreed pickup time of the confirmed service, since there are higher costs involved and the percentage of guests not showing up is higher than average.
