According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Prague Castle is the world's largest castle complex. There's lots to see - this is a detailed comprehensive tour focusing solely on this UNESCO-protected heritage site. You will have the opportunity to see the numerous alleyways, palaces and ecclesiastical sites which make up most of the complex, with a more detailed commentary than you would get from the castle's audio guide. To truly understand the different architectural styles and the historical importance of Prague Castle, we will be visiting St Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace (where we will see the royal banquet hall and the original royal throne), St George's Basilica, the beautiful Golden Lane and the Daliborka Tower, and finally the Royal Gardens. We will then head to the adjacent Lobkowicz Palace,where you will attend a classical music concert at 1:00pm and view a beautiful art exhibition accompanied by an audio guide by the palace's owner.The tour includes a short break.
