- Guests book the services online with the details of their pick up and drop off location - Customer service will get in touch with the guests for the confirmation of the details or any further information if required - Pick up and drop charges are applicable to the hotels located in the city centre like Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Maragarpatta, Shivaji Nagar, Pune Station area, Kharadi, etc. Additional charges will be applicable for the hotels located outside the city centre. - The company confirms the booking and shares the vouchers with the guests - The details of the car and the driver will be shared with the guests one day prior to the service - The driver will reach the designated pick up location 15 minutes before the actual time of the service - The driver will wait for a period of max. 30 minutes for the guests from the designated pick up timing. - The guests are requested to be ready in the hotel lobby. Post 30 minutes, the waiting charges of Rs. 200 per hour will be applicable - In case of any flight delay/cancellations, the driver will wait for a period of 30 minutes post which additional waiting charges of Rs. 200 per hour will be applicable - In case of any changes in the schedule, the guests are requested to inform the company 12 hours in advance - Additional night charges applicable for the services booked for the time between 12:00 am to 6:00 am
