- This product does not include the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu. You must purchase it separately and in advance.
- You must provide your entry time and circuit number at the time of booking so the guide can plan accordingly.
- The guide service is available only on the date and time shown on your ticket — it cannot be changed last minute.
- The tour is private, meaning it's exclusively for your group (not shared).
- Guide language is subject to availability. Early booking is recommended for non-English/Spanish options.
- Entrance to Machu Picchu without a guide is not allowed for some circuits — having a guide is highly recommended or required.
- Arrive at the Machu Picchu entrance gate at least 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Your guide will be waiting near the entrance, holding a sign with your name or a clear identification method (you'll be informed in advance)
- You’ll receive the guide’s contact details and meeting instructions by email or WhatsApp one day before the tour.
- Bring the original passport used when booking your Machu Picchu ticket.
- Bring water, sunblock, a hat, and comfortable walking shoes.
- Drones, tripods, and large camera equipment are not permitted inside the site.
- Restrooms are outside the site — use them before entering. The tour lasts around 2 to 2.5 hours with no exit/reentry.
