With this tour "Etna excursion and wine tasting" we will go to the discovery of the Etna area, transporting you to a “volcano” of unique and overwhelming smells, flavors and beauties.
Our excursion will begin by minivan (up to 8 people), showing you unique itineraries of Etna up to 1800m, the last limit that can be reached by road. The road we will take to reach the peaks of the volcano is the famous Mareneve. We will continue with a short trek through the woods to see the majesty of a lava front and a crater of Etna. We will continue towards the Patria winery, the largest and oldest and among the most important wineries on Etna where an informal sommelier will guide you first through the cellar and then a tasting of 5 Sicilian wines + 1 passito + 1 grappa, all produced made inside the cellar. Flavors that will make you appreciate the complexity of Etnee grapes. A lunch complete with appetizer, first course, second course and dessert will be served to you.
