Amazing experience- Kevin was very engaging, knowledgeable of Dublin’s history from Irish bridge and colonization to Independence. Sites included St Patrick’s , Trinity College, Book of Kells exhibit, Temple Bar, City Hall, Ha’Penny Bridge, Parliament Building, St Stephen’s Green. I would highly recommend Kevin as a tour guide for anyone visiting Dublin or other Ireland cities.

We had such a wonderful experience exploring Dublin with Garvan! He has an incredible depth of knowledge, but what really made the tour special was the way he brought everything to life. My wife and I had a wonderful time with our guide Miriam. She was engaging immediately and though she lead, she followed our lead in finding points of interest and stories that brought the city of Dublin to life. Our hotel was 200 years from the GPO, we saw the bullets in the columns when we arrived, but Miriam put us there during the violent revolution. Where the patriots went when they ran, and the present politics surrounding the places where the events took place. We walked the Edwardian homes and learned why they were built and why they were abandoned and how they became the homes to the poor. We strolled through St. Stephen's park and learn about the many famines that hit the city. We bumped into Oscar Wilde, learned why Parliament took over a rich man's house, how the wealthy moved across the river, and learned what those metal circle on the sidewalk were for. From the enormous swings in history, to the little details that most people simply pass by, it was a wonderful experience. Miriam gave a tour, many stories, and a wonderful memory that will last a lifetime. If you are in Dublin, then book this tour, and request Miriam.
