From the very first WhatsApp message all the way through to our farewell, our experience with Kim Travel was absolutely outstanding. Our guide, Lee, provided truly exceptional care throughout the entire day, perfectly tailored to our wishes and needs as a family. We would go on another adventure with him anytime. Our driver (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) drove in a wonderfully foresighted, safe, and careful manner - he even picked us up during a rain shower without us getting wet at all! The consultation with Kim Travel was absolutely professional and friendly, and we can recommend them to anyone. The Mekong Delta tour we did with them was a fully private tour tailored exactly to our family, thanks to Lee. Beautiful experience
