Private Luxury Giants Causeway Trip from Belfast

Communication Terrible. Didn't know until after 9pm the night before what time we were to be picked up the next morning. Driver offered to show us additional places, but never explained how long it would take, how much it would cost, or even that there would be an extra fee. Got an invoice a few hours after we returned to the hotel for an additional $250£. Not the way I expect a Viator vendor to treat customers. Paid it because I'm not one to owe anybody anything, but regret doing so.

We are a small group of two but had the absolute best day ever in Belfast/Northern Ireland. Mick was amazing. Prompt on arrival, had waters in the car for us. He first took us to Belfast Castle then on to the Giants Causeway with other stops along the beautiful coastline along the way. Our driver made reservations for us to see Bushmills and made sure we not only had great photo stops but made sure to get us settled for a lovely lunch and took extra time with us showing us additional stops. We can not recommend Mcillroy chauffeur services enough. So worth it. Mick was fantastic so ask for him

We couldn't have asked for a better day with our guide, Frank! He took us to so many incredible places, including the Rope Bridge, Belfast Castle, and the Giant's Causeway. His knowledge of the area's history was outstanding, and he even added a few extra stops that he thought we'd enjoy, making the experience feel truly personalized. We stopped at a local pub for a Guinness, and throughout the day Frank made sure we were comfortable by providing plenty of snacks and drinks in the car between adventures. If you're deciding between a private tour and a cruise ship excursion, choose the private tour. It offered far more value for the money, a flexible itinerary tailored to our interests, and a much more personal experience. We had an unforgettable day and highly recommend Frank!
