A great day out highly recommend
A great day out. Learnt so much our tour guide, Antonia was amazing, wished we'd have done the trip early in the week, as the guide told us so many interesting facts, stories, fables about the town of split we didn't know All this happened on the way to Skardin The most beautiful picturesque village you could imagine, we walked around and swam in the river, highly recommend. Then went back on to the coach and visited a tiny village where they produce wine We all drank and ate lovely locally produced food and wine all made friends in the process. After that we headed on to the park. The park is beautiful, but be aware it's very busy. It consists of a wooden path of which you follow around and is elevated in places with no side rails and there will be people coming in the opposite direction, of which some people don't have any etiquette of going into single file to let you safely pass, that's my only moan. Toilets extremely clean considering the amount of foot traffic. A great day out highly recommend, and hope if you go you get a guide as friendly and knowledgeable as we got in Antonia. Well done to all who organised this trip.
