Private Kathmandu Airport Transfer (Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport)

Kathmandu airport arrival service (Domestic or International Terminal): For the airport arrival pick-up process, upon arrival and after visa issued, you will come out at the 'Arrival Area' outside; this is where you have to look for your name-sign which our driver shall be holding. There will be also many other name-signs with other tour operators awaiting for their guest but you need to look for your name-sign. Our driver shall be holding your name-sign with your name written clearly in bold letters. After meeting our driver, he shall transfer to your booked hotel. Please avoid any other person who is requesting you to help with your luggage or trying to give you information as this may result in asking for extra money in the end. Or if you wish to book departure transfer then: Departure to Kathmandu airport (Domestic or International Terminal): For the hotel to airport departure, our driver shall meet at the hotel's lobby as per your given timing then transfer to the airport and drop at the 'Departure Gate' for your onward flight. Time: Both arrival/departure duration is from 20 minutes to 1 hour depending upon the traffic condition, hour of the day, place of your stay.
