Private Iberian ham tour to the Sierra de Aracena

Summary

On leaving Seville you head to the beautiful Sierra de Aracena. Our first stop is an Iberian pig farm which is in an idyllic setting. You 'll learn everything about the breeding and rearing of the pigs as you take a stroll around the farm. You'll get a chance to taste some acorn-fed Iberian ham and the best Spanish omeltte you've ever had! You then head to Jabugo, the most famous town in Spain for Iberian ham. You'll been shown round one of the curing houses and you'll find out about the process from start to finish and see absolutely thousands of hams! It's then on to the town of Aracena for a gourmet lunch tasting different cuts from the Iberian pig and other fantastic local produce as well as more ham! You'll aso get to drink some fine Spanish red wine There'll also be time for a walk up to the castle before heading back to Seville.
