Soon after you arrive at Pink’s beautiful garden home in Samut Sakhorn province, you’ll be in her garden picking Thai herbs like chili, basil, kaffir lime, lemon grass, and coriander – everything you’ll need for today’s lunch.
She'll teach you to cook sweet green curry from scratch, including pressing the coconut milk from fresh coconuts. Your hands-on cooking lesson will last about 2-3 hours.
Enjoy an excursion out of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok to visit a local garden home in the outskirts of Bangkok. Your host will pick you up at a BTS station and then drive you 45 minutes to her family weekend home, a peaceful place surrounded by their verdant garden. Your host will give you a lesson on Thai herbs and spices and then you'll get to work in the kitchen, grinding, chopping and sauteing your way to a delicious Thai meal.
