The tour inside the Hermitage Museum is private and will be catered only to your group. Canals & river boat cruise will be done on a public boat and your guide will accompany you during the cruise. On a boat you may be given audio-guides which are included in the price. Audio-guides are optional and are not guaranteed.

This tour is not available for cruise ship passengers
After you leave the Hermitage museum you can't come back using the same tickets.
Please note the visit to the Hermitage does not include the collection of impressionists and post-impressionists which moved to the new General Staff building.
Transfer to the museum which will be done by taxi is included and can be organized only if your hotel is located in the city center of St Petersburg (2-5 km away from both museums). For the guests who are not staying in a hotel or staying in a hotel which is more than 5 km from the city center, the meeting place must be negotiated with a Supplier.
There is only 1 boat cruise which offers English-speaking audio guide system for its' passengers and your guide will accompany you during the cruise. We normally offer this option because all other cruises has a commentary in Russian language and it can be very loud/noisy what brings discomfort. If a cruise with English speaking audio guide is not available, another public boat will be offered (with Russian commentary) and your private guide will accompany you during the tour.
