- Please note that beach club pick-up is not included. You can arrange transportation to Mr. Sancho's back and forth via the local Taxi transportation union which you can take at the cruise ports
- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
- We dont accept booking amendments to add more travelers to an existing booking without prior authorization from us
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Name on the reservation must match an oficial valid ID to be able to make the check in at Beach Club.
- Reservation holder must be present to let in any member of this reservation.

Best Beach in Cozumel.
Best beach Cozumel. Great food and great service. Easy to get to and easy to return from. All the staff is very welcoming and the coconut shrimp is the best we've ever had.

Don’t expect shade.
Check how many ships are in port. Our small ship was the only one in Port that day. So Mr. Sancho had the majority of their resort shut down since they weren’t expecting many guests. The biggest issue for us was the sections where there’s umbrellas for the loungers was shut down and they expected us to be in the hot Mexican sun all day without any umbrellas. They were annoyed when we questioned it. The only umbrellas that were set up were the ones over tables to eat at. They told us we could sit at the tables all day if we wanted shade. We paid to enjoy the day and relax on loungers, not sit in plastic chairs all day. They eventually ended up moving some of the tables and chairs and allowed us to move some loungers under those umbrellas. But they were not happy about it. Not 50 feet away was all the loungers with umbrellas but we were not allowed to sit there. There was no possibility any of the six of us could last all day or even an hour without some shade. We’ve been to many day resorts in Cozumel, and have never even questioned whether there would be umbrellas over the loungers. One of the workers even made the comment that we should be happy that was only one ship in so they weren’t crowded. That’s great, but they should’ve still had some lounge chairs available with umbrellas instead of closing down those sections of the resort where they were available. The water was very nice. The food and drinks were good. It was clean. But we never should’ve been given such an attitude when we questioned having an umbrella.
