- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

When we arrived at the airport nobody was there to greet us…after some time I finally connected with the operator who advised us that our driver would be arriving shortly…turns out the guy was there the whole time with somebody else’s name showing on the greet card he was holding up…then when we finally connected and we get to the car it was not the Black Van we hired but a regular size car which made the luggage capacity very questionable. The driver made it work by putting a bag in the front seat. As we were leaving the airport the driver then verified the hotel to drop us at and it was the wrong destination.. they had the wrong location..we were to be going to the Voco Hotel in Southampton but they had us going to the Voco Hotel in London! To correct the situation we had to pay additionally almost as much as the original fees already paid to bring us there!! So to break it down ..the driver had the wrong name on the greet card which delayed us almost an hour, the wrong vehicle was sent, they had the wrong Hotel location and the fee was double. We finally got there but it was very stressful straightening out the situation. I would not recommend using this operator.

Driver was not at the meeting spot and I had to call the 24-hour service and then had to wait. He was nice but on his phone a lot booking trips and making phone calls. While the photo shows a black van, it is not what picked us up.

My driver was awesome. With all the chaos of picking up travelers from the 5th busiest airports. He was able to spot me and my family. Very kind and pleasant. He provided me with some local restaurants to dine at. Thank you!
