Our tours run rain or shine (so please dress accordingly). We only cancel tours in the event of unsafe weather conditions (which has happened once ever since we launched this company in 2021). Should it occur again, you will of course receive a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to change the tour route in case of unexpected circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund (minus the 6% booking fee which is non-refundable) with more than 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time (Prague local time) will be charged full price.

If you wish to reschedule the tour within 24 hours of the scheduled departure (Prague local time), please contact us at [email protected] to check our availability. Should we have places available, you'll be charged a rescheduling fee of 30 EUR/person. Please note that Prague City Adventures does not guarantee to reschedule any tour less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour.
