- When arriving into London on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
- Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with City Transfers UK at time of booking.

Unofficial Taxi drivers ! Be careful !
At airport, wanted to do Bolt. At the taxi area, a Bangladeshi taxi guy saw I was working on my cell and asked me what I was doing, after I told him I was ordering a Bolt, he mentioned he would do bolt. Bolt’s estimate was between 22 and 33 euros. The taxi guy said, we all work with meters and his price would be no different. So we went with him. He did NOT do a direct route to the hotel and the meter at the end of the trip was 50 euros ! And of course he asked for a tip. So be careful ! No more free lancers.

Driver was late. As a first time visitor to a new country, with a family of four, this made arrival extremely challenging. When driver arrived, he was polite and the ride was pleasant.
Hard pass
The service did not show up upon my arrival. I had to call and they sent a taxi which would’ve cost me half the price. Would not recommend for airport transfers.
