Saint George Church will be first on your route. Interior of the church is covered with mosaics, which required over 6 million pieces to complete, and this is one of the reasons why, the temple of St. George was added to the Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance list in 1979, and it is protected by Republic of Serbia. King Peter’s house built in 1912. stands opposite of the Church. It served as the King’s summer residence, surrounded with pristine nature and beautiful park. You will be captivated with the story about icon “Last Supper” hand made in Bethlehem.Vineyard Keeper’s house is next on our route, serving as an art gallery with paintings made by greatest Serbian painters.On our way to local winery we will check out Karadordje's Konak to complete the story about Karadjordjevic Family. When visiting the winery, we will have a wine-tasting of famous “Chardonnay" and other popular wines of this region.The tour continues by visiting Avala mountain. At the top (511m above sea level) we will be welcomed by the Monument of the Unknown Hero made by Ivan Mestrovic. Avala discover will be done with a visit to Avala Tower.
