Private Day Tour: Tianmen Mountain And Tujia Folk Customs Park Discovery

Your tour begins with pickup from your Zhangjiajie hotel at 8:30am, when you’ll board a private vehicle destined for Tianmen Mountain. Following a 45-minute drive, you’ll arrive at the foot of the mountain and board the world’s longest aerial tramway to Tianmen proper.

After disembarking, follow your guide along scenic routes that showcase incredible views. If you dare, cross the glass-bottom sidewalk before visiting Tianmen Temple, famed for the 999 steps that lead to its entrance.

Following a Chinese lunch, you’ll head to Tujia Folk Customs Park to learn about the culture of the Tuija ethnic group. Your tour concludes with drop-off at your  Zhangjiajie hotel.

Enjoy a private, full day trip of sightseeing in Zhangjiajie including a walk on glass pathway, the Tianmen Temple, Tianmen Gate and the 999 steps.
