Private Cooking Class

A private and customized cooking lesson means to have a personal Chef, and to share the class just with person you already know, your partner or who is travelling with you. The class can be also for 1 or 2 people!

So we meet and go to the market, there you will choose, together with the Chef, the ingredients you want, and She will figure it a personal menu based on 4 dishes, but strictly sicilian!

After the shopping at the market you will ho home, walking for about 20 minutes in the most beutiful part of the historical center, and then, arrived home, soon a wellcome glass of wine!

The location is cool and charming, inside a fascinating XVII cent building where we enjoy our class and a very calm and relaxed athmospere.

During the class is possible to taste several sicilian wines and cheeses, and take part to the class or just looking, everything is up to you!

You will have Lunch with the specialities prepared together, tasting very good sicilian wines, and you will receive a personal certificate of partecipation. But the most you will receive is a very homely and authentical experience of sicilian cooking
