Next join Paulo and Susan in their kitchen to learn to prepare 4 traditional Portuguese dishes as you hear about the origin of a few delicious wines produced nearby. During your hands-on cooking class learn to make two traditional dishes from scratch in addition to placing the finishing touches on a couple of dishes.
