Your guide will pick you up at your hotel in the downtown of Kunming, you will take a Taxi to the largest wet market of Kunming. It is always a busy place with crowded locals shopping ingredients to cook. You will be amazed by the numerous products selling on this market. Different spices, fresh meat, living animals, etc. You name it. On the market your guide will help you to choose the best ingredients and purchase 3-5 different ingredients to cook. You will take the ingredients to a local culinary school in which you will have an 1.5 hours cooking class with the local chief. After the class, you are free to taste the food you cooked and take it away as a souvenir. At the end of this experience, your guide will help you to arrange a Taxi back to your hotel or other places upon request.

Firstly, You will be taken to the largest wet market of Kunming and NOT ONLY FOR FUN, but to negotiate and purchase the ingredients under the guidance-a local foodie. After shopping all the ingredients you gonna use today, you will be led to a local culinary school and have a 1.5 hours cooking class. After the class, you will taste the food with the chiefs/teachers and have nice conversations with them! You can also take your food away as souvenirs!
