RATES

- The rate includes Gasoline, Driver, and Insurance.

- The rate excludes Driver’s Tipping, Toll Fare, Parking Fee, Entrance Tickets, etc.

- The rate use within Yogyakarta area's.

- Rate is not valid during Lebaran / Idul Fitri Period.

- Rate is subject to adjustment due to Increasing Fuel Cost, Tax, Minimum Wage, Foreign Currency, and etc.

OVERTIME

This fee will be charged when the rental duration exceeds the time limit. This add-on must be paid directly to the driver. IDR 125.000/Hour.

VEHICLE SPECIFICATION

The Company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of larger capacity or higher specification than that required at no additional charge. The Company also reserves the right to substitute a vehicle from another operator provided that the size and facilities provided are of at least comparable standard.

GENERAL

- The Company may give its advice on journey times in good faith, however, as a result of a breakdown or traffic congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company (Force Majeure), journeys may take longer than predicted and in those circumstances, the Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the Customer.

- The Company is not liable for any lost items or damage and passengers are taking their own risks.
