I MISSED MY RETURN FLIGHT BECAUSE THE DRIVER DIDN'T SHOW UP AND NOW THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO ME

I am trying to contact the company and they are not responding! YOUR DRIVER DIDN'T SHOW UP AND WE MISSED OUR FLIGHT BACK HOME. He spent more than an hour and a half giving us the runaround on WhatsApp while we waited and in the end he didn't show up, we had to take another taxi and even then we didn't make it to catch our flights. Currently they won't even deign to answer my messages. I demand that you please resolve this situation by reimbursing me for the cost of the new tickets we had to buy due to your employee's negligence. I have sent the screenshots of the conversation with the driver but they haven't even deigned to respond. I am using this public channel to see if they will deign to respond to me and provide a solution.
