Your tour begins with hotel or port pickup at 9am (or 30 minutes after the arrival of your cruise ship) when you’ll board an air-conditioned vehicle destined for Nine Mile, the birthplace of reggae legend Bob Marley. On arrival at the village, you’ll visit Marley’s boyhood home, final resting place, and teenage haunts, learning little-known facts about the singer from your guide. Then, you’ll feast on Jamaican cuisine from rustic huts selling fiery jerk chicken and rice. Sated, continue to Dunn’s River Falls — terraced waterfalls that cascade down a 1,000-foot (300-meter) drop — and embark on a moderate hike to the top. Swim in rock pools and relax on smooth rocks before drying off and returning to your hotel.
