"Cricova" is the first winery in Moldova which makes sparkling wine as it was prepared by the monk - wine maker Pierre Perignon. The technology "Méthode Traditionnelle" is a complex and thin process, consisting in secondary, in-bottle fermentation and the subconsequent maturation "cuvée."
