I followed their instructions to notify them when I had my baggage and after I arrived, I called the number they gave me it went to voicemail and after numerous calls to New York City. Nothing was resolved and they never showed up and I had to get a taxi to get into town. I will be submitting for a refund since I did not get the ride from the airport.
Driver cannot be found and not answering calls.
This is a very bad experience. The dispatcher cannot reach the driver and the local number provided to me is not answering as well. I need a refund.
Unbelievable
DO NOT BOOK! Booked well in advance and the afternoon before received a phone call that they wouldn’t be able to pick us up at the airport because they didn’t have a car available!!!! I had to scramble around searching to find another option. I can’t believe Viator even allows them on their platform. Not like it was cheap either! Call or email the taxi service in Juneau and Frank will take care of you. Make advance arrangements. No matter what DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

It’s actually a very short ride from Juneau to the Ramada. Our driver Corey was very helpful and suggested eateries and sites to visit that tailored to my son and I, while suggesting a few places to another passenger that would fit his tastes as well.
Did not get what I paid for
We did not get what we paid for. I called the number I was told to call when we arrived & we were sent a cab who tried to charge us & argued with me even after I showed them I paid for a service. I reached out to the company because I should get my money back but they never responded. Very unfortunate
