Private Amazing Taman Negara Day Trip from Kuala Lumpur Including Lunch

Meet a driver at your hotel for 7am departure, then board a climate-controlled vehicle for the 3-hour hour trip to Taman Negara, passing through a hilly landscape dotted with traditional villages. Upon arrival at the park, get a bird’s-eye view of the forest from the world’s longest canopy walk, which stretches 1,739 feet (530 meters) through the treetops. Watch for wildlife along the way, and take in the sounds of the birds, monkeys, and insects that make their home in the forest. After the canopy walk, head to the village of Kampung Kuala Tahan for an included lunch at the edge of the river, then keep exploring the park’s fascinating wildlife—you can hunt for insects, birds, monkeys, boar, or scorpions, with the chance to tailor the day to the things that interest you most. You’ll have the option to meet members of the aboriginal Orang Asli tribe, learning about their daily lives and culture, or learn some blowpipe and hunting skills.
