Premium Dubai Desert Safari Experience

We had an absolutely wonderful desert experience with Aman. From beginning to end, everything was perfectly organized. Aman arrived right on time to pick us up and provided excellent service throughout the entire experience. We had a fantastic time dune bashing in the 4x4, and he made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The highlight was definitely the private BBQ setup in the desert. Everything had been prepared with great care and attention to detail. The setting was beautiful, intimate and very romantic, exactly what we were looking for as a couple. Aman accompanied us throughout the experience, was attentive, professional and very friendly. We really felt that he wanted us to have the best possible time. Everything was well organized, from the pickup to the desert activities, the private setup and the BBQ. A big thank you to Aman for making this such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide, Bilal Mummer, was incredible. He came to pick us up on time at our hotel. Bilal was really very attentive to us. He took the time to explain things to us well and calmly, for us who did not understand English very well. We loved his way of being, which made the experience unforgettable. During the Dune Bashing, Bilal was very careful and made sure that everything was going well. I highly recommend the activity and the guide!

Great afternoon/ evening out. Dune buggy was awesome and worth the upgrade

Save your money... That was not a premium dessert safari experience, and unfortunatly this company is not the best (as they claim). First they took us to a buggy place - which they did not state was in our package - 45mins there! (Waiting for others to finish thier experience and then paid ridiculous amoumt for a 20min ride)... Sand boarding - 1 board for 6 people! One turn per person - that wasnt fun at all. Camel ride - a 3min loop. The whole experiemce was very rushed and finished very early - 7.40pm??? The buffet was live but it was EMPTY, food was all spicy, not suitable for children! and there was no table service. We wernt offered a hookah. Everyone tries to rip you off - even the falcon guy wanted money for the pictures. And currently here we are - 8.00 - 8.30pm sitting in the middle of nowhere so the driver can fix the air pressure of the tyres.. I need you to rectify this issue, you took triple the price of groupon and in all honesty i wish i did that offer if this is the quality. Even the two girls that were in our group said that it was the worst dessert safari they had been on and they feel very ripped off too (one of them works for emirates airline and has done many safaris). Ajmal (the driver) was the ONLY good thing about the trip. He was very kind and hard working - trying to cover up all the disapointments - took photos of us on the sand dunes. Attached is a screenshot of part of our converstation so the company doesnt deny me reaching out to them afterward - argued with me over multiple weeks and in the end not even a partial refund or anything! - Ali in customer service is great until he sells you the package and awful once you have a complaint...
