Great guide! Beautiful views! Not worth the money!
This tour isn't really worth it. My best analogy is visiting New York and paying a tour guide to show you the subway. While the views are beautiful and our tour guide was great, this is something you definitely can do on your own. You're not getting a private tram, you're with commuters on their way to work. The tram is also only $9 roundtrip + the donut is about $5-6, so the ticket is severely overpriced. We were responsible for buying our own coffee, which even if they were covering the cost wouldn't amount to what they charge per ticket. We also had a baby with us, which we were refunded later for (thank you). But it was charged $35 for a 1.5 y/o and he didn't get a donut either, I'm assuming that was mainly why we received a refund. Again, nothing against the tour guide or our experience, just not worth the money and little misleading based on the description. Do this on your own!
This was a great...
This was a great experience. You could just ride the tram, but we learned so much about the history of the area and the tram from our guide, Sarah. The donuts from Blue Star Donuts are life changing.
Not worth it
Guide was over 30 mins late. I had to call to find out who was meeting us at the coffee shop. Turned out the guide over slept. Then we found out the tickets to the tram were only $9. The price for this tour was not worth it. The guide walked us through the hospital which felt weird.

Our guide Sarah was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the city walk tour and the art work. The view of the city is amazing.
Tram & Treats
This was a fun experience. Our guide Sarah was informative and friendly. It was nice pace for an early morning tour. The donuts were delicious and the tram and its history was very interesting. I toured with my teenage children and we were all engaged. A beautiful way to see the city skyline.
