Skip the Lines into the Tragic City of Pompeii

Breeze past the crowds with our expert English-speaking tour leader, your companion throughout this exploration of one of Italy's most iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites. As you arrive at Pompeii, witness the haunting beauty of the half-buried city, frozen in time under layers of volcanic ash.

Guided Exploration with Your Personal Archaeologist

Say goodbye to the hassle of entrance tickets and lines. Your personal archaeologist will lead you along the ancient streets, unlocking the secrets of Pompeii's preserved homes, baths, food stores, and outdoor theaters. Unlike a museum, here you'll step directly into the heart of ancient life.

Lunch at the Foot of Vesuvius with Breathtaking Views

Savor a delightful lunch at a spectacular restaurant, offering panoramic views of Naples' bay, the Amalfi Coast, and nearby islands. Indulge in a traditional pizza, perfectly complementing the regional flavors. Your lunch experience includes an appetizer and a dessert, ensuring you're fueled for the adventures ahead.

Hike to the Crater of Mt. Vesuvius or Explore Positano during Winter

Continue your journey with an ascent to Mt. Vesuvius (from April to early-November), an active volcano boasting breathtaking views of Capri and Sorrento. At Vesuvius, you can choose between an invigorating hike to the renowned crater or opt for a more leisurely naturalistic walk alongside a professional geologist, revealing the hidden wonders of the Vesuvius landscape.

In the winter months (early-November to March), Mount Vesuvius is closed to visitors, so your coach will instead follow the Amalfi coastline to Positano. Immerse yourself in free time, whether basking on the stunning beaches, strolling through winding streets, or shopping for local souvenirs.

Regardless of when you visit Italy, our range of Pompeii Tours promises an unforgettable experience. Don't miss the chance to uncover the treasures of Pompeii and beyond with City Wonders, the experts that know them best.
