You can choose the starting time that you prefer. Of course please consider that the ruins will be open in the morning starting from 09:00am and this tour lasts for about 6 hours (2 hours in Pompeii ruins + 2 hours in Herculaneum ruins + 30 minutes of free time). So the morning hours are suggested as departure time from your Hotel etc.

Transfer (with the same guide & driver) to the excavations of Herculaneum

2 hour visit of Herculaneum with the same guide
