  • It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.

  • Our coordinators will be wearing blue City Wonders polo shirts or jackets at the meeting point in Rome

  • During the summer month, the traffic can be very dense and cause delays from and to Rome

  • You will be in groups of 25 people maximum for the guided visit of Pompei

Cancellation Policy

    On tours canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a credit voucher for the full value of the tour. Tours cannot be canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to provide compensation for cancelations with the 24 hour window prior to your tour departure, nor can tour dates or times be amended. Bookings made with the 24 hour window are final.

Redemption information

    • It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
